Palma International Boat Show 2025 — the essential gathering of Mediterranean boating

30 April – 3 May 2025Moll Vell & Club de Mar, Palma de Mallorca, Spain

From 30 April to 3 May 2025, Palma de Mallorca once again confirmed its status as the nautical capital of the Mediterranean by hosting the Palma International Boat Show (PIBS), one of the most prestigious events of the European nautical calendar. Staged in the exceptional setting of the Moll Vell, at the foot of Palma cathedral and at the heart of one of the most emblematic bays in the Mediterranean, the show gathered more than 30,000 visitors and more than 300 exhibitors from around the world.

Considered the show that officially opens the Mediterranean boating season, PIBS offers a unique window onto the sector's latest innovations. Builders, equipment manufacturers, marinas, service companies and specialists in refit, charter and marine technologies all come together to present their new products and develop their professional networks.

A show that keeps growing

The 2025 edition marked a new step in the development of the show, with the extension of the site towards the prestigious Club de Mar and the creation of the “Superyacht New Build Hub”, a space dedicated to major shipbuilding projects, to architects and to designers of new-generation yachts. This extension allowed the show to pass the 300-exhibitor mark for the first time, confirming its growing appeal to the international industry.

Nearly 600 boats and onboard technology in focus

Visitors were able to discover nearly 600 boats, around 250 of them afloat, ranging from day-boats to superyachts, including the most innovative sailing yachts, catamarans and motorboats on the market. Onboard technologies, navigation solutions, electronic equipment and sustainability initiatives also held a central place throughout the four days of the event.

A platform for dialogue on the future of boating

Beyond the exhibition itself, the Palma International Boat Show has become a genuine platform for exchange and reflection on the future of boating. Conferences, professional forums and discussions around sustainability, marina management and nautical training punctuated the programme of this 2025 edition.

What it means for Z-Sailing

For Z-Sailing, attending the Palma International Boat Show is a unique opportunity to follow international market trends, to meet the major players of the industry and to develop strategic partnerships in nautical technology, training and experiences at sea.

Based between Switzerland and the Mediterranean, Z-Sailing fully shares the values of innovation, excellence and maritime passion that make PIBS one of the most appreciated shows in the sector. The event also confirms the growing role of Palma as a European nautical hub, capable of bringing together the greatest names in boating each year in an exceptional setting.

We congratulate the organisers on the success of this 2025 edition and we already look forward to the next meetings that will continue to move the international nautical industry forward.
